JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: the make is a insignia and i dont know the model
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: The main tv is working fine. Can get all channels, but secondary tv is run off of the same satelite box
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Both of the tv went black. I call the direct tv and got the main box working. call direct tv tonight and they said that it was not direct satelite but it was the tv and to call you
