How do you receive broadcasts on this set - is there a Cable/SAT box connected to it?
I'm not sure why you're unable to reply, but can you try a reboot of the cable box by shutting the TV off, and then unplugging the cable box from the wall outlet (the power cord) for 20 seconds, plug it back in and then once it reboots, please turn the TV back on and let me know if you have the same problem?
