We have a Samsung tv and we can hear background sounds and music but not voices speaking. It's mumbled
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: It's about 3 years old. Series 7-7100
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Yes the menu works. And problem on different sources
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Yesterday started. Playing a Netflix movie. Now other sources not working
