The audio works fine but the picture freezes.
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: You can hear the video still playing as normal, as far as the audio part shows but the pic is frozen. I can fast forward the video and everything looks normal during the fast forward but when you stop FF, the pic freezes right there.
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

When you mention "Fast Forward the video", this sounds to me like you're using a Cable DVR box perhaps?

Can you get me the model number off of the back of the TV if possible, and also tell me what device you're viewing from on the set (cable/SAT DVR, DVD Blu Ray, Roku, etc. etc.)?
