the screen looks like a heavy fog set in. It happened without warning. I can see the picture but very foggy
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: 7 years old Mod # LN-T3753HX/XAA
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Yes and yes I took the back off and blew out any dust that was in there which was none that I could see Still have the back off
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Just started all at once we were gone for 10 days and had it unplugged plugged it back in and flashed a couple times and then the fog set in I may have said it was 7 years old it is 9 years old
