Facing TV Problems? Ask a TV Technician.
Hello, My name is ***** ***** I'll be assisting you. I'm sorry you're having problems. In order to assist you, I need to ask for more info.
1) What is the model number off of the back of the TV?
2) As asked above, if you use the original remote and press MENU, does the MENU display?
3) Also what is connected to the set (cable/SAT box, DVD, etc.)?
I'm not sure if you're having problems replying? Please don't try to reply to the e-mail the site sends you. Instead use the link to get to the site page and reply here.
Thank you. Can you get a model number, and does the MENU display using the Mitsubishi original remote please?
What are you trying to watch on it right now? You mentioned cable and a DVD, if you're trying to watch cable are you able to switch over to DVD?
Please only send one reply and await my reply, otherwise mine will get pushed off the page. Can you see my last response as to what you are watching?
Are you still with me here?
What are you trying to watch on it right now?
Are you trying to watch cable? If so, can you switch the TV over to the DVD Input- does it work please?
You've got quite a few variables here, which are making it hard to troubleshoot. There are several things that could cause this. FIRST- is your TV on the correct INPUT?
