Does your pc see the sony ?

Expert:  Jack replied 12 months ago.

There was a payment failure on that phone request by the way , although I`m not privy to billing here this usually means your CC company did not recognize the charges and declined them , you would have to contact them to OK the transaction .
But we can continue in this chat mode as well

If your pc does see the tv then you will have to play with the second monitor (your sony) output resolution

Your sony should have a native resolution of 1280X768 as far as I can see in the manual but could possibly support as high as 1920 X 1080 (full HD 1080p) in pc mode

This is a list of compatible resolutions , again according to the manual ;

640 x 480, 31.5 kHz/60 Hz

800 x 600, 37.9 kHz/60 Hz

1024 x 768, 48.4 kHz/60 Hz

1280 x 768, 47.4 kHz/60 Hz and 47.8 kHz/60 Hz

1360 x 768, 47.7 kHz/60 Hz

1280 x 1024, 64.0 kHz/60 Hz (Full HD model only)

1920 x 1080, 67.5 kHz/60 Hz (Full HD model only)

But if your pc sees the tv/monitor then it will give you a RECOMMENDED resolution and you should stick to that
