I have a Sony wega 36"tv. The picture shuts off and on every couple of seconds. What can i do to correct it. The sound keeps running but the picture shuts off and on. My e-mail is [email protected]
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your Sony? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Trinitron XBR, 15 to20 years old. I cant see the model number.
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: it also does the same if i try to play a DVD
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: About two months. Nothing else happened
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?
