JA: How long has this been going on?
Customer: just put in a new bulb sheet that came with bulb said to rest the timer.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: right now i have a self check screen 002: temp displayed i hit 2 for the Device 21 "Timer " but does not move the the temp screen?
