I have a brand new tv. When I set it up today it had "closed caption" on the tv and I can't get rid of it. I got in touch with LG (the brand) and they walked me though the settings which showed that closed caption was OFF. They told me that I should get in touch with you as it may have something to do with my cable box. I have my account number if/when you call me at #***-***-****. Thank you!
