Hello, I’m Nathan, and I’ll be assisting you today.

Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with this but I’ll do my best to help you out.

Can you tell me if you're seeing any lights/indicators on the front?
Where did you get that lamp? Cost?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
On the front it's solid green when powered. I got the lamp from amazon
Expert:  Nathan replied 1 year ago.

How much did you pay for the lamp?

That is what I expected.

You almost certainly have a bad lamp.

Those generic lamps are cheap for a reason, they are very low quality and are often faulty right out of the box. Even when they do work, they often only last a few weeks or months.

Return the lamp and purchase a proper OEM philips/osram lamp. They cost more, but they work properly, won't damage the tv like the generics can, and should last 2-3 years with normal use. You can get the correct lamp here:

If by chance you still have trouble with it after you have the right lamp installed, let me know and I'll advise further.

Best regards,
