Hi-- I have an AudioVox 705. Power went out 36 hrs. ago. Power back on. Comcast suggested I replace the digital box. Did so. I now have video but no audio, neither TV nor radio. Suggestions?
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: AudioVox VE705. Probably 10 years old
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Only what Comcast suggested. They sent some signal over the line to reset, but it only brings up the video.
JA: The electronics expert can solve this for you. Anything else you want him to know before I connect you two?
