Hi pearl,Have an Element TV that says No Signal. Can't get to menu. Have cable & antenna connected. Please help.
JA: What's the exact make and model of your television? And what have you tried as far as getting this connected goes?

So you have this message on screen but if you press the menu button of teh sets own remote control no menu comes up is that correct?you have also rebooted the set?unplugged from wallpower wait 5 mins replug back in again?
