I was watching tv and all of a sudden a screen popped up

Customer Question

I was watching tv and all of a sudden a screen popped up that said no server was detected. I e unplugged everything and plugged it back in, hit the red button to reset it, and pressed try again multiple times. It still isn't working
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: The tv isn't even a year old yet. It's a 55' vizio
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: The tv is staying on a screen that only gives me the option to press "try again" I've pressed that button at least 15 times. I've pressed the red restart button on my direct tv box. I've unplugged the tv and the direct tv box from the wall. I've also unplugged everything from behind the tv and from behind the direct tv box and plugged it all back in
