Hi there,

I am not sure what problem you are referring to - can you please provide more details?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I pulled the cover off of the receiver and used some compressed air to blow out all or the dust around the fans. I then tried to power up the unit and got nothing. So then I put the cover back on and tried to power up, still nothing, reconnected cables from receiver to TV, again nothing. Saw on you website to use the remote and punch in codes still nothing. Have green light on TV power and green light on receiver and red light on stand by.

Hey Pete... you out there?
Expert:  Pete replied 1 year ago.

Ok, there is a trap switch that will shut down the set if the rear cover has been removed.
You can try to release the trap lock. To do this, you will need to use an original remote control for the TV.

See attached instructions.
