I have an UpStar model: P32EWY8
Lost the picture after electrical power outage. TV screen was black. Replaced main circuit board and picture is now out of sync. The menu screen is off to the right of the screen. Any suggestions at this point?

I attempted to "log on" and had issues. My email ********** was entered correctly, as well as my password ***** credit card info). I have not been able to go beyond this point. I am concerned after giving my credit card info and then your web site basically has me locked out. ??? What else can I do?
