What is the model number of the box?
Does this box have a suddenlink remote for changing channels/guide?
I think the site just sent you an automatic pop up for phone call service. This was NOT sent by me... In the mean time we can continue with our chat....
Taking a closer look at the specifications for this model tv, it says that QAM Cable is NOT supported. That means if your provider uses decoder boxes to get Digital Channels then you will have to connect that box to this Tv if you want to get all the channels they are sending.
Not sure why you think this is a rip off.
