Customer Question

My TV no longer receives any signal on 3-1, 3-2, 3-3, or 33-1. It does get 33-2 and all others. I have plugged it in at two different rooms (on separate distribution amplifiers). All other TVs get the missing channels fine. What do you suggest?

Hello, I’m Nathan, and I’ll be assisting you today. My livelihood depends on your positive feedback, so your satisfaction is my highest priority.

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble, Kent.

Is this via cable, or antenna?
Are all the other channels working fine on this particular tv?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Cable, and all the other channels are working fine. It gets no signal on the channels that are presenting the problem.

Thanks for confirming.

This points to a fault with the internal tuner/memory.

Go into the setup menu and choose the factory reset (restore defaults/initial settings) function.

After that unplug power to the tv for a full hour

Replug and run the auto scan again
