Since installation of TV set - we have had a problem with

Since installation of TV set - we have had a
problem with reception. It says on the screen
to check antennae connection - and run auto
program (menu>channel). Right after
installation of TV service - it did not work. I
went out for a walk and happened to meet 2 Shaw
persons who came here and helped. They said to
press the input button twice. Sometimes the TV
works after this process - but not for a couple
of days.
