Hello, First- sorry you're having problems.

Second, in order to tell what needs to be done, I will need the following info:

1) What is the model number off of the back of the TV in question?

2) Please check and tell me HOW the DTV box is connected to the TV (if you know). It will be HDMI, component video, or a single coaxial cable from the box to the TV.

3) DO you have the original TV remote nearby?
