Hi - I have a Samsung TV. I purchased it approximately four years ago. Both of the remotes do not work well any more. I have replaced the batteries. The buttons we use frequently do not work. I purchased a universal remote. I had that company help me program the universal remote. The TV turns on with the universal remote. I have the blue screen that says "press ok to watch tv." Although I press ok the screen won't change to the tv. Can you please help me. Thank you -
