My Sony TV is having audio problems. There is no sound at all

Customer Question

My Sony TV is having audio problems. There is no sound at all when its first turned on in the morning. Very slowly the odd sound comes through, as though it is " warming up". How can this be fixed?

Hello, I’m Nathan, and I’ll be assisting you today. My livelihood depends on your positive feedback, so your satisfaction is my highest priority. Sorry to hear you’re having trouble. Do you ever get sound normally eventually?Does this happen on all sources/inputs?Are you using only the tvs internal speakers?

Hi Nathan,
This has only been a problem in the last 2 days.
It was perfectly fine last night after the audio problem in the morning.
It is now playing up again.
The audio works fine through the Foxtel channels.

And yes, I'm only using the internal speakers.
Expert:  Nathan replied 1 year ago.
So what input is it on when this does happen, if the foxtel channels are ok?

Thanks Nathan,
Must be some crazy morning gremlins.
TV is working perfectly now.
If problems persist tomorrow , I may be back in touch.
Kind Regards,
