2- Was TV working fine before with same router/ internet connection?

So TV still gives error only when try to use web browser before and after installation of wifi extender?
OK, have you tried to run network setup again in TV menu to establish fresh connection?
Need to go to Network setup in TV Menu and select Wireless setup and press enter to proceed.
Select Initial Setup then proceed to network setup.
As per TV manual, following options would appear when press Menu button..
Language and so on..
Do you get such options?
TV is acting bit odd - Have you tried to unplug TV power cord from wall outlet for 10 minutes to reset, replug back in and check?If not yet, can you try it now and reply back with the result?

ok, please let me know when you can and your at the TV
Can you remove the power to the wifi router and the TV (So unplug it from the power socket)
Wait 10 minutes, then connect the power to the wifi router and wait 5 minutes.
Connect the power to the TV, turn it on and tell me if the web browser is now functioning please.

navigating through the "Menu", and look for the Reset option that notifies that you should use the option if you're giving the TV to another person. All settings are lost, so when you do it, setup the TV again and tell me if you still get the error please.
So to be sure, the reset completed? You had to set up the TV again like when you first received it?
On the back of the router is a reset button, Using a pin or paperclip, hold the reset button in for 10 seconds, then release.
Then wait 5 minutes and tell me if you still get the error please.
