Model TH- x60U series: using xfinity remote to click "all on" OR Panasonic remote popwer or power + TV on leads to brief snow screen --> black screen with number 8 in upper left --> black screen with blue rectangle in center reading "channel not available." Comcast could not resolve the problem. please advise.
