Hi Terry,

Expert:  Pete replied 1 year ago.

What all inputs have you tried? (e.g. HDMI, Component)

Are all inputs affected in the same way?

Are the lines always in the same place?

Could you attach a photo of what you are seeing?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
All aAll inputs are the same and the lines do not move

Ok, then possibly there is a loose display cable, or the digital processing board has a fault.

Another less likely possibility is that the plasma panel itself has a fault.
