i have internet connection for my computer . but cannot get a connection to my tv. my internet provider tried and they say it is the tv. tried phoning but panasonic is closed for the day.

Panasonic model number TC47LE54 as mentioned in question needs external WIFI LAN Adapter that plugs into USB port of TV for wifi connection to router.
