Hello. Our Samsung TV (model number PN60E550) keeps losing picture after about an hour. It's getting sound, but no picture. It doesn't seem to be especially hot. We've checked the cables, and they seem to be connected. The TV is about 2 years old.

You're welcome. I'd caution you against getting into that too soon however. Your tv is actually a 2012 model, and could end up costing nearly as much to fix as to replace.
