Customer Question

I own a terrific SONY WEGA Trinitron Color TV #KV-24FV12. Since Time-Warner Cable started to broadcast every channel in HD the picture has become too wide to see both the left and right hand sides of the signal. This removes the data normally broadcast with sporting events. Time-Warner suggests that I change the picture ratio to 16.8. Can you tell me how to do that?
