Hello, I’m Nathan, and I’ll be assisting you today. My livelihood depends on your positive feedback, so your satisfaction is my highest priority.

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble, Keith.

Can you please provide the complete model number of the tv, and also tell me what source/content is being viewed when this happens? (internal apps, cable/satellite box, etc)

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I will have to get back to you later. It's my mom's tv. I don't have that information handy.
Expert:  Nathan replied 1 year ago.

No problem at all, take your time.

Please confirm, if you can, that it also says on each of the screens you're having the issue on (and not any other message/site/ad)

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It's not no other message.

We have called both Samsung and Dish and Samsung says is Dish and Dish says it is Samsung
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The TV says L ' CHICKIE
Expert:  Nathan replied 1 year ago.

Does it happen on all inputs/sources? Or only when watching dish channels?

If you use an apps on the tv like netflix, do you see it there?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Nevermind, my 88 year old mother is smarter than any of us. She just unplugged the TV and the message was gone when she plugged it back in.

Thanks for the update, Keith. Let me know if the issue comes back, as there is a good chance it will.
