Sorry to hear you’re having trouble.

Can you tell me where the lamp was purchased and how much you paid for it?

This is the 3rd lamp I've replaced, but this is first time I reset hours

The lamp itself is almost certainly the problem.

The "generic" lamps like this often are bad right out of the box or fail shortly after install. The counter is not the issue.

I would contact the seller for a return/refund, then buy the proper OEM lamp, which is designed to work correctly with your tv.

They cost more, but the OEM lamp should last 2-3 years, while the generic ones last a few months at best typically and can actually damage the tv.

When I go to turn TV on, the green light flashes, but it never comes on

IF the lamp is not passing current, then the light won't even try to come on, that is normal. It won't attempt to boot until the lamp is replaced.
