I have an LG 47LN5400 model and when trying to remove it from the wall and put it on the stand I used the wrong screws and it pressed the screen in the back in and now has purple/pink streaks running up from the bottom.
I wasnt rough and don't think I ripped anything so is there any way to save this TV.

I love this site! $9 instead of a repairman or new/used frig can't be beaten. This older woman will worry less now that she knows about this site. Bless you all.
