Customer Question

Customer: We tried to replace the capacitors but the TV will still not turn on We originally replaced the capacitors with the polarity reversed---this led to smoking and some odd noises. Would think completely ruin the TV?
JA: Thanks. Can you give me any more details about your issue?
Customer: When we connect it to the power supply it is as if it is not plugged in at all no response from the TV
JA: OK got it. Last thing — TV Technicians generally expect a deposit of about $18 to help with your type of question (you only pay if satisfied). Now I'm going to take you to a page to place a secure deposit with JustAnswer. Don't worry, this chat is saved. After that, we will finish helping you.
