When I run the scan, it picks up analog channels. I have the cable hooked up. I ran the scan both cable and air settings.

OK was the set previously working OK?

You just lost the digital channels out of the blue?

When you say you ran air was that connected to an antenna?or you just ran air via cable?

Brand new tv. No antenna. I just ran the scan under both air and cable.

Before I do you do have the cable connected to the correct input on the set (usually via the antenna socket but on some sets there is two sockets) let me know

OK it does not say AIR or CABLE it says ANTENNA or CABLE I am assuming you picked CABLE?

You may need a converter box but I am not 100% sure so I will opt out here perhaps anther tech can help
