New 55" Samsung led TV js8500. This happens intermittently. If I unplug TV and plug back in it is gone. Happened once yesterday and again today. Picture of the problem on test screen linked below. Brown shadow band across the screen horizontally.

1- Could you please get me the complete model number written on back of TV?
2- What video devices/ sources (such as cable box DVD player etc) are connected to TV and does the problem occur on all video input sources?

3- Are you asking about dark area on middle of both sides of sample picture?
