We have a Phillips flat screen TV, model 32PFL4609/FB with a cable connection into the "antenna in" input. We used to see closed captions, but I pushed some remote button accidentally that made it go away. How do I get it back with my remote?

The remote has no "cc". "title". or
"Text". I just noticed the closed captions have returned!! This is because I accidentally hit the mute button and CC showed up on the screen!!!

The remote certainly does have CC button however please contact support

The advice by Anthony to click on "cc" on the remote was not correct, as the remote has no "cc". I then discovered that the true answer was: "options" (on the remote), "subtitles" (entered twice), then there are three choices as "none", "with sound", and without sound" (all on the TV screen). All of these voices are in Spanish, since I purchased the TV in Mexico. I needed a translator to help me do all this.
Since your original agreement says that I would only be charged if my problem was solved by your technician, I do not feel I should pay more than the initial $5. I look forward to your response. Very truly yours,*****

I should have typed "choices are in Spanish " and not "voices are in Spanish"
