I have a Vizio tv sn: LTYENSAN4651488 MODEL NUMBER E461-A1 I talked to a technician about two weeks ago. Told him my tv was not coming on with the remote or the button on the back. Was told to unplug tv wait a few min. then plug back in and push button on back of tv. I did this and it worked. Now its getting to where this does not work . Although after about four or five attempts it sometimes comes on. I was told to remember my case number ***** I lost it. What now?
