Customer: I'm ***** *****, I have 15 LG tv's model # ***** that I cannot get out of hotel mode the cards have been changed'so that I should be able to hook to cable tv in the apts I manage,please help

You cannot do anything at this point with the "user" remote.

To use these tvs out of a hospitatily setting, you need a special service remote, to access a service/installer menu, to change several settings.
