My VIZIOE32-C1 Serial#LTT7SJAR4327846 was purchased last Friday. Visiting friends who are much younger (I'm 85) set it up and got a picture and departed. I tried it out over the weekend, but was very disappointed by the poor picture quality. I tried to get it working better, but now all I get is a demand for password. Help!
