My Samsung smart tv (only 2 years old) keeps cutting out - I have to keep hitting power off and on every couple minutes. I have checked cable cord to make sure is tightly connected

Its a bad firmware release by samsung, there has been an epidemic of failure (we have been dealing with this issue all day) you need to contact samsung either via the site or this number 1-800-SAMSUNG

Samsung will release another patch version to correct the mess they made of the upgrade I just dont know when at present
