Hello, Please unplug the TV from the wall outlet (pull the power cord), then press and hold the eject button for 10 seconds and release. Wait a minute then press and hold Eject while plugging the set back into power. Continue to hold Eject for 10 seconds, or until the disc ejects- whichever comes first. Try that up to three times if the first does not work. Let me know what happens.
