I had a power failure and upon rebooting the TV I could not retrieve "olivas_5GEXT" account which operated my NETFLIX account. 2G is inadaquet.

Try restarting all wireless equipment (modem, router, extenders, etc).

Check that other wireless devices can connect ok to the internet.

Then try opening some apps on the TV again.
