Model numver isK366NWUS(20). -G134423. I dont ise anything else , just tv and netflix. Has worked in the pasr. Message says "unable to connect to Netflix. Please try again

Yes, you do. If you have netflix, built into the tv, then you have other apps as well, and I'm asking you to test one of them.

A new neflix account would not help here.

You can try to sign out and back in, but this is much more likely to be an underlying issue with either the wifi connection or the overall internet settings. That is why it is so important for me to know if another app such as youtube, pandora, amazon, etc will work.
