I have Model 73833. I recently replaced my lamp purchased from Mitsubishi.After replacing the lamp everything worked fine but now the TV will just shut down while I am watching.I tried the recommendation of unplugging from the power source and then plugging it back in and it works fine,then in about 2-3 days it shuts down again while I am watching it.

Offhand, you're saying you purchased this lamp directly from Mitsubishi and not another seller?

Also, when the set shuts down- do any of the lights on the set light up or start blinking?
