We have been without tv service since yesterday afternoon. All we get on the screen is snow and a notice of a week signal. I tried using your virtual asst. to reboot my tv, but the lights didn't go on. We need a service tech. to help us.

We have had no TV Service since 11/01. All we get is "snow" and a "weak signal notice on screen" Your virtual assistant wasn't worth a d--- because none of his questions could be answered by the situation.
