Hello and sorry you're having problems. Are you saying that the RCA signal connectors on the subwoofer amplifier are actually loose?

there is only one RCA connector on the sub,and yes if i move a little it moves. i could once push it in a dingle it a little and it would come on,but not anymore

Initially and based on "...move a little...push it in a dingle it a little...would come on...", then agree on "...lose connection..." or even a cold solder issue.

Are you then considering a DIY (do-it-yourself) repair approach? If yes, do you have access to and familiar with a soldering iron and even a multi-meter?

Please click HERE for an exploded parts diagram that may serve as reference. After removal of all the rear peripheral screws with the double arrow marks, then the rear panel would have to be carefully pried away.
