Directo TV says my TVtv it the problem that I cannot access Direct TV without using my Apex tv remote going to Video 2 to access Direct TV. Once accessed it's fine until the next time I turn on the tv I have to go through the same routine to access Direct TV. Is the problem my tv? Does it go back to an earlier setting when I turn it off?

Hello, What type of connection is being used between the DirecTv box and the TV- is it an HDMI cable?

If so, have you replaced that cable yet?
