I have purchased a 32" Panasonic HD TV ,serial number MX62060208 model number TC-32LX60. I have Dish as my cable provider. After numerous calls I now have sound but no picture. Dish recommend calling you to see what the solution could nbe. Help.

Does this happen with any other source/input (dvd, game, apps, etc)?
Can you bring up the panasonic on screen setup menu at all?

Is the screen entirely black, as if powered off? If so, can you try holding a flashlight to the screen and let me know if you can make out an image there at all?
