last night we had a major storm around Aventura, Fl. (Miami Dade County), and I think my Samsung took a hit I did not have a Surge Protector for my TV ( 46") I thought I did any way my cell(###) ###-####

Storm hit TVs usually need 2 boards to correct the damage. If you plug it in and turn it on, does the LCD panel at least glow gray or is it completely black and the power light on the TV set turn on and off or not? That info isolates the damage so you can see if you only need one board.
