Hello, I’m Nathan, and I’ll be assisting you today. My livelihood depends on your positive feedback, so your satisfaction is my highest priority.

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble.

I'm not sure what you mean by "sparcy". Does it come and go?
Does the line move around?
Does it affect all inputs/sources?
Does it appear on top of or behind the sanyo on screen menu?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It is a vertical line (sparky-noisy) in the middle of the screen.
Audio and video are OK
Expert:  Nathan replied 1 year ago.

Okay, thank you for confirming.

I understand audio and video are otherwise ok, but this line is appearing on top of the picture.

If you bring up the sanyo on screen setup menu, does this line show on top of the menu?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I did not have any answer yet and you want to charge $18 dollars more
Expert:  Nathan replied 1 year ago.

I have not charged you anything.

I am an independent technician and I've spent my personal time, unpaid, in a good faith effort to assist with the question for which you solicited my services through this paid support site.

I was simply trying to get some additional information from you.

You may see an OPTIONAL phone support offer showing on the screen. You may accept that if you wish, if a phone conversation would be easier for you. Otherwise, simply reply back here with the information I've requested twice.

As we are not communicating effectively with each other, I'll opt out and allow you an opportunity to work with another expert.

Do not rate or respond further at this point, which will return you to me and hinder another expert from helping. If/when someone else is willing to work with you they'll respond to you directly and be able to see our prior conversation.

Best of luck to you,
