From Account # 46266817, Batavia, IL: During a thunderstorm

Customer Question

From Account # ***** Batavia, IL: During a thunderstorm over the weekend, our main control and its two satellite controls with other televisions went out. The main one came back on, but the other two tell us "no connection" or some such.
I tried to unplug and re-plug the two control devices; they showed their bright blue "on" lights for two or three seconds, then they went off again.
What else can we do? Thank you.

Please tell me the Model Numbers off of the two TV's affected.

Also, whom is your SATELLITE provider?

Expert:  Aric replied 1 year ago.

Please understand we are not your SAT provider ( I noticed you referenced an account number). This is Just Answer which is a paid tech support line where you access a real LIVE field technician- not a call center rep for any other company.
